Today we are going to evaluate to a variety of poems, performed by the writers.

When you listen to the poems, I want you to take note of performance strategies including: topic, language, rhyme, rhythm, expression, tone, pace…

There are 3 poems to listen to and watch- each is performed by the poem's author

  • Talkin' Turkeys by Benjamin Zephaniah

 

Watch them all first, then you could choose your favourite to analyse.
