APPLYING FOR A SECONDARY SCHOOL PLACE YEAR 7 SEPT 2024

Applying for a Secondary School place (Year 7) 2024

 

If your child is currently in Year 6, you will need to apply for a Year 7 place in a secondary school for September 2024. You can name up to three schools on your application.

Applications for Year 7 admissions open on Monday 11th September 2023 with a deadline for all applications to be submitted by Tuesday 31st October 2023.

All information about applying for a school place is available on the county website, where parents can apply online.

 

To use this site you will need to first register then you can add and view submissions for supported child related services.

 

If you have previously used the Education Online Portal to make an application for a school place, you do not need to re-register.

 

1 MAR 2024 - Admissions team sends application outcomes to parents either by e-mail to online applicants OR by letter (2nd class post) to parents who applied on a paper form.
