Grange Junior School uses Arbor to offer you an online payment method which puts you in control. You can access it at any time, track how much you have paid, see what is outstanding and make payments directly to us using either a debit card or bank transfer. This system allows you to pay for lunches/trips and clubs.

Getting started

When your child starts at Grange School you will be emailed with instructions on how to access Arbor as follows:

• Welcome to Arbor! Grange School is now using the Parent Portal and Parent App, and has set up an account for you.
• To finish creating your account you just need to set a password. Your username is in the email address we’ve just sent this email to.
• The Parent App can be downloaded from either the Playstore on android phones or the Apple Store on iPhones.

Consent

You can give your consent for trips online, saving you the need to print out the forms we send you. When a trip or payment is due you will be sent an email to let you know that you need to log in to Arbor and give your consent. It’s as easy as that!

You can see a record of the payments that you’ve made, and receipts are sent to your registered email address for all transactions you make.

The new system removes the need to send money into school with your child, removing the chance of money going astray, making it convenient for you to pay when it suits you, from anywhere, at any time of day or night.
