Grange Junior School Uniform

Children are encouraged to clearly identify themselves as belonging to Grange Junior School and to take a pride in their appearance.  Therefore, we expect all children to wear school uniform.  Please ensure your child’s school uniform and PE kit is named (including their coat).

School uniform can be purchased from Skoolkit in Fareham or ordered from www.skoolkit.co.uk

Our School uniform is as follows;

• Navy cardigan or sweatshirt with school logo, available from Skoolkit.
• Plain White polo shirt, also available from Skoolkit, or from any supermarket. 
• Grey or black trousers/skirts.
• Black School Shoes.

PE KIT

Our PE Kit is as follows;

• House T-shirt available to purchase from the school office or Skoolkit.
• Plain Navy shorts or in the winter months Plain Navy Joggers/Leggings
• Plain Navy Sweatshirt
• Trainers/Plimsolls - School shoes should NOT be worn.

Children should be wearing the correct PE kit into school on their PE days.

We ask that this is uniform PE kit ONLY and NO designer/branded clothing should be worn.

Jewellery
Jewellery,  is not allowed. This is in the interests of all children’s safety.  If your child has pierced ears, the following guidelines must be followed:

• Looped or hanging earrings are not allowed.

• Ear studs may be worn, but please send your child without them on PE days, or cover them with tape if the piercing is new.

Tattoos, whether real or fake, nose studs or any other facial or body piercings, are not acceptable in school at any time or under any circumstances.
Hairstyles

Shoulder length and longer hair needs to be secured for example in a ponytail or plaits.
Mohicans, tramlines and other extreme hairstyles are not appropriate for school.
