Booster Catch up Classes
We will be running Booster catch up classes after half term for 6 weeks, the classes will run every *Tuesday at 3:20pm – 4:20pm starting on Tuesday 20th April and the last session being on Tuesday 25th May.
*4BC/6DT will be every Thursday
The purpose of these sessions is to support those children who are in need of a catch up following the closure of schools during Covid.
It is extremely important that children attend ALL sessions in order for them to benefit from the extra after-school tuition.
The Lessons will be Literacy or Numeracy and children will be provided a drink and biscuit.
Our early morning Running Club will resume again, it will take place on Thursday mornings before school, this will be overseen by Mr Hanser.
It will start on Thursday 29th April, promptly at 8.15am. The aim is to be able to promote mental health through running.
Being active is not only great for your physical health and fitness, but evidence also shows it improves mental wellbeing by: raising self-esteem and helping set goals or challenges and achieving them.
Parents are also encouraged to attend if they wish too.
Children should turn up in their running clothes, bringing their school uniform in a bag with them, they will then get changed at 8.40am into their school uniform.
If it is raining, it will automatically be cancelled with NO communication from school.
